This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Pegasus ("we", "us") collects when you use pegasuscheats.net and our services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

- Account data - the email address, display name and password you use to register. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never store them in plain text.
- Discord data - if you link or sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username and avatar.
- Order data - the email used at checkout, your purchase and order history, invoice identifiers, and the Products purchased.
- Communications - messages you send us through support, chat or Discord.
Information collected automatically:
- Technical and usage data - IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser information, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Security and fraud data - records of orders, deliveries, logins and disputes, used to operate the Service and prevent abuse.
Payment data: payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full card number or equivalent sensitive payment credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
- to create and manage your account and deliver the Products you purchase;
- to link orders to your account and show your purchase history;
- to provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
- to operate, secure and improve the Service;
- to detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks and violations of our Terms, and to defend disputes;

- Payment providers, banks and dispute mediators - we may share order and delivery records (including email, order and invoice identifiers, delivery timestamps, IP address and approximate location, and device information) to contest chargebacks and payment disputes;

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Order, delivery and dispute records may be retained for an extended period for fraud prevention, accounting and to defend or resolve disputes, even after an account is closed.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site (for example a session cookie and a non-sensitive sign-in hint cookie). We keep the use of cookies to what is needed to run the Service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and transmitting data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
