No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a product key or license has been issued, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. The product is considered fully delivered at the moment of purchase.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion if:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• You received a duplicate order caused by a payment processing error
• The product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

To request an exception, contact our support team via Discord within 24 hours of your purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent suspension from the Service. We actively contest all unauthorized chargebacks.
