Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Our Products are digital goods delivered instantly. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at our sole discretion under the limited circumstances below. Please make sure you have read the product description and these policies, and that the Product suits your needs, before you buy.
Immediate Delivery and Waiver of Withdrawal
When you purchase a Product you ask us to deliver it immediately. By doing so you expressly acknowledge and agree that delivery begins at once and that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply to digital content (including, where applicable, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK) as soon as the key, credentials or download has been made available to you.
Situations That Are Not Eligible for a Refund
By way of example, we do not provide refunds where:
- you changed your mind, or purchased the wrong product, variant or duration;
- a game update, anti-cheat change or patch causes a Product to be detected, go down, or stop working (status can change at any time, and our Status page and Docs are available before you buy);
- your game account or hardware is banned, suspended or otherwise penalised;
- the Product does not work because setup instructions were not followed, or because of antivirus, security software, driver or hardware incompatibility on your side;
- you did not contact support to allow us to resolve an issue;
- you no longer want or can no longer use the Product.
Limited Exceptions
At our sole discretion we may issue a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund if: you were charged more than once for the same order in error; or an order was paid for but never delivered and we are unable to deliver it; or a Product is confirmed by us to be non-functional and we are unable to provide a working replacement. In most cases we will provide a replacement rather than a refund. Any refund granted is at our discretion and does not create a right to a refund in any other case.
How to Get Help
If something is wrong with your order, contact us first through the on-site chat or our Discord and include your invoice ID and a clear description of the problem (and a screenshot of any error). Most activation and setup issues are resolved quickly, and many are already answered in our Docs and troubleshooting.
Chargebacks
Do not open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us. Opening a chargeback or dispute after a Product has been delivered is considered fraud. We record and retain order and delivery evidence - including the account email, order and invoice identifiers, the Products delivered, delivery and access timestamps, the IP address and approximate location used, device and browser information, and our support correspondence - and we will present it to the payment provider to contest any illegitimate dispute. A fraudulent chargeback may result in immediate loss of access without refund, a permanent block from future orders (including your email, payment identifiers, IP and region), and recovery of any resulting costs.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
